As a consequence, the first step is to define the goals associated with the strategy, and then, according to the company's budget, define which initiatives will be undertaken to achieve these goals.
In this exciting game, players will be in charge of a convenience store chain recently acquired by an investment fund. The partners have an aggressive 5-year expansion plan, but the company needs to redefine its strategy in order to meet the targets.
